BGauss RUV350 Electric Scooter Launched At Rs. 1.10 Lakh

BGauss RUV350 is available in three variants and has a claimed true range of up to 120 km on a single charge

BGauss has today announced the launch of the RUV350 in the Indian market. Starting in July, the BGauss RUV350 will be available to buy at all 120 dealerships across India. Priced at Rs. 1,09,999 (ex-showroom), it comes with various financing options as well. It is powered by an InWheel hyper direct drive motor which minimises energy loss and enables powerful and smooth acceleration, essential for navigating urban environments according to the brand.

The RUV 350i EX and RUV 350 EX boast a top speed of 75 kmph and a true range of 90 km on a single charge while the RUV 350 Max is capable of the same top speed but a higher range of 120 km. The mid- and top-end trims get introductory benefits of up to Rs. 20,000 comprising Free Insurance worth Rs. 6,000; Free BG Connect worth Rs. 8,000 and Free Battery Extended Warranty
worth Rs. 4,000.

These variants are packed with features such as 5-inch TFT Display, Cruise Control, Hill Hold, FOTA, FallSense, Turn By Turn Navigation and Call Notification. The base variant comes with segmented display and all three variants are available in a total of five colour schemes. The BGauss RUV 350 EX is priced at Rs. 1,24,999 (ex-showroom) while the RUV 350 Max is Rs. 10,000 costlier. The main highlight of the RUV350 step-through e-scooter is its gradeability, enabling it to effortlessly tackle steep inclines. This makes it a versatile choice for various terrains, from hilly urban areas to flat city roads, ensuring a stable and reliable ride for all commuting needs according to BGauss.

The BGauss RUV350 features a durable metal body, enhancing both its longevity and rider safety. This robust construction is paired with 16-inch wheels, which provide improved stability and control. The larger wheels enhance ride quality, allowing for smoother navigation over potholes and uneven urban surfaces.

It offers an ergonomic seating arrangement, providing comfort for long rides while its spacious under-seat storage allows riders to carry essentials conveniently. The digital display enables real-time information, including call notifications, turn-by-turn navigation, live vehicle tracking, geo-fencing, and vehicle immobilisation. It features a dual-theme, photometric adaptive display for day and night modes, document storage, speed, battery status, and range ensuring all necessary information is easily accessible.
