Kawasaki Ninja 300 continues to be sold with benefits of up to Rs. 30,000 until the end of this month in India
The Ninja 300 can be bought with benefits of up to Rs. 30,000 in the domestic market. While the scheme isn’t new, Kawasaki has extended the time duration for the offer to lure in more customers. The offer will be applicable till the end of February 2025. The faired supersport carries a price tag of Rs. 3.43 lakh (ex-showroom).
It competes with Yamaha R3, KTM 390 RC, TVS Apache RR310 and Aprilia RS 457 in India and all these models boasts latest technologies and features while the Ninja 300 remains the same for several years now. Its strong point though is undoubtedly the 296 cc parallel twin-cylinder liquid-cooled engine producing a maximum power of 39 bhp and just over 26 Nm.
The powertrain is connected to a six-speed transmission. It is available three colour schemes namely Lime Green, Candy Lime Green, and Metallic Moondust Gray and uses telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear for suspension duties. The braking duties are performed by front and rear disc brakes, complemented by a dual-channel ABS system.

The extension of benefits could be down to the massive price drop its arch rival Yamaha R3 endured recently. Yamaha announced major price reductions of up to Rs. 1.10 lakh on the R3 and MT-03, effective from the beginning of this month. The R3 now starts at Rs. 3.59 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) and is available in Icon Blue and Yamaha Black colour options.
Meanwhile, the MT-03 is priced from Rs. 3.49 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) and comes in Midnight Cyan and stealthy Midnight Black shades. The Yamaha R3 features a diamond frame, drawing design and aerodynamic inspiration from Yamaha’s MotoGP YZR-M1. Powered by a 321 cc parallel twin-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, shared with its naked streetfighter counterpart, the MT-03, the R3 produces over 41 bhp and 29.5 Nm of torque.

This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox, equipped with a slipper and assist clutch. At the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 last month, Yamaha unveiled the updated FZ-S Fi DLX Hybrid and Tenere 700 and both are expected to launch soon in India.
